Room Drop offers free international shipping on store orders. Availability and the delivery estimate for your destination are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking when the carrier makes it available.

Delivery estimates

The estimate shown at checkout is based on your destination and the available carrier route. Customs processing, severe weather, local service disruptions and peak seasons can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking may take a few days to show movement after dispatch. If the estimate has passed without an update, contact us with your order number.

Customs and duties

Some destinations may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs changing; once an order has entered fulfillment, an address change may no longer be possible.
