Store terms

These terms govern your use of the Room Drop online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

Store use

Use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and images

We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, colors, compatibility, images and prices accurately. Display settings and manufacturing batches can cause minor appearance differences.

Orders and pricing

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment and availability. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, address problems or delivery restrictions. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable refund will be issued.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The Room Drop name, store design, original text and graphics may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and may use payment processors, fulfillment providers and carriers. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
